'Over The Hedge, Garden Tour presented by the Ottawa Botanical Garden Society. Visit ten beautiful country gardens located in Manotick, Merrickville, Kemptville, and Burritt’s Rapids. The “Twist” factor is the exciting option of participating in a Car Rally (slightly modified) on your own or with friends while you make your way to visit the gardens. Other possibilities for a fun time include visiting a destination nursery, a winery, country shops, village restaurants and perhaps stay over in a local bed and breakfast. Enjoy riverside vistas, backyard treasures, woodland borders, and ponds. | July 19 | KMHS Annual Bus Tour - A full day trip to the Montreal Botanical Gardens. Leave your car at home and travel by air-conditioned charter bus for a leisurely guided tour of the gardens. There will also be plenty of time to relax and enjoy the splendor of these beautiful Botanical Gardens on your own, or to visit the Insectarium. Cost is $65 for members, $75 for non-members. Ticket includes return transportation, entry fee and guide at the gardens, plus a stop at the fabulous Pepiničre Jasmin Garden Centre on the way home!
