In the past twenty years, as interest in gardening has grown in the Ottawa area, we have been fortunate to have a blossoming (forgive the pun) of local nurseries to serve the growing customer base. Here is a short list of those in our vicinity. It’s far from comprehensive – it’s difficult to keep up with new ones opening up and old ones branching out in new directions. Many of them provide discounts for horticultural society members, but you must produce your current membership card and ask about this prior to purchasing.
