About Us

The Kanata-March Horticultural Society has been In existence for 52 years. This Society aspires to serve the Kanata community through horticultural education, local public garden maintenance, and special events. We are affiliated with the Ontario Horticultural Association.

We welcome new members, whether you are a novice or a master gardener. If you enjoy a love of gardens, the outdoors, and common-minded people, you will find something or someone of interest to you at our monthly meetings and activities. Our meetings are on the 1st Tuesday of each month. In 2024 January and February we hold our meetings virtually via Zoom. Please note that our January meeting will be held on January 9th. From March to June and September to December, the meetings are in-person from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the Old Town Hall, 821 March Road (laneway entrance to the Old Town Hall is on Klondike Road across from Shopper's Drug Mart) There is a $5.00 charge for non-members.
